The story and signature behind the brand
Les Fleurs de Bach is a French brand of flower essences prepared by Dr Bach's original method. Behind it stands the Paris company Elixirs & Co, created according to the French version of the site in 1992 by Gérard Wolf — after the quality of someone else's essence disappointed him and he decided to make his own.
The brand sets out its process in detail: wild flowers gathered by hand where they grow in unpolluted places — it names the Alps, the Pyrenees, the Jura, Provence and Brittany — organic brandy at forty per cent and a dilution of one to two hundred and fifty. Depending on the flower, either solarisation or boiling is used. The mother essences are, according to the maker, certified organic by Ecocert.
