Take 4x4 drops daily in a glass of your favourite drink. You can prepare a full-day course in a one-litre bottle and sip it throughout the day. One pack is sufficient for one course. The dosage may initially be increased and then gradually reduced as needed. The effect and its onset vary from person to person. It is not possible to overdose on the essence.
