Orders from Liviny are carefully packed and delivered via DPD. In the cart, you can easily select the available delivery method according to the country to which you are sending the order — you will always see the shipping cost and any free shipping before confirming the order.

The stated delivery times are indicative and calculated from the handover of the parcel to the carrier. For orders paid in advance, we ship the order after successful receipt of payment.
Shipping within the Czech Republic
DPD — delivery to address
The package will be delivered by a DPD courier to the chosen address in the Czech Republic. This option is suitable if you wish for delivery to your home, workplace, or another address where you will be available. The usual delivery time is 1–2 working days from the dispatch of the order.
DPD — pick-up point and Box
A convenient delivery option within the Czech Republic. In the cart, you select the available pick-up point or DPD Box where you can collect the parcel according to your time availability. The usual delivery time is 1–2 working days from the dispatch of the order.
For delivery to a pick-up point or box, the method of cash on delivery payment may be governed by the carrier's instructions. If cash on delivery is available for this option, you will receive all instructions via email or SMS from the carrier.
Shipping to Slovakia
We deliver to Slovakia via DPD directly to your chosen address. The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days from the dispatch of the order.
For orders to Slovakia, only prepayment is possible. We do not offer cash on delivery outside the Czech Republic.
Shipping to other European countries
We deliver to selected European countries via DPD to the address. The usual delivery time is 3–5 working days from the dispatch of the order and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier load, holidays, or seasonal operations.
For orders outside the Czech Republic, only prepayment is possible.
Shipping Prices
The shipping price is always displayed in the cart before sending the order. The shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery country, chosen delivery method, and order value.
Free Shipping
For orders over 2,500 CZK, you have free shipping within the Czech Republic.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will see it automatically in the cart before confirming the order. The current threshold for free shipping and the exact shipping price can always be found directly in the cart.
Payment Options
Prepayment
Prepayment is available for orders within the Czech Republic and abroad. You can pay conveniently online:
- Credit card — fast and secure online card payment.
- QR payment or bank transfer — scan the QR code in your banking app or pay by traditional transfer.
Online payments are made in a secure environment of the Comgate payment gateway; we do not have access to your card details. Once we receive the payment or it is confirmed by the payment system, we prepare the order for dispatch. For bank transfer payments, please make the payment within 4 days of the order.
For orders outside the Czech Republic, prepayment is the only available payment option.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is offered only for orders delivered within the Czech Republic. When paying cash on delivery, you pay for the order upon receiving the parcel.
For courier delivery, payment is made according to the carrier's options. For delivery to a pick-up point or box, the payment method may vary depending on the specific type of pick-up point and DPD instructions. Any cash on delivery fee is displayed in the cart before sending the order.
Cash on delivery is not available for orders to Slovakia or other foreign countries.
When We Will Ship Your Order
We dispatch orders on working days. If the order is paid in advance, we prepare it for dispatch after payment confirmation. For cash on delivery orders, we start processing the order immediately after receiving it. We will inform you by email about the handover of the parcel to the carrier.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once we hand over the order to the carrier, you will receive tracking information. This allows you to see the current delivery status and further instructions for collecting the package.
Uncollected Parcel
Please collect your order within the specified period. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you regarding further steps. For repeatedly uncollected orders, we may reserve the right to send another order only after prepayment.
