How the Partnership Works

1. Contact us at care@liviny.cz — please include the name and focus of your business, company ID, and an approximate idea of the range.
2. We will agree on the terms of cooperation and assign you a wholesale price list.
3. Create a customer account on our e-shop; wholesale prices will apply in your cart and at checkout once logged in.
4. Order conveniently through the e-shop, delivered via DPD; payment method and terms as agreed.

Wholesale Terms

Purchasing with a company ID in connection with business activities is considered a business purchase — the buyer is not a consumer in this case. Therefore, it mainly applies:

• Rights and obligations are governed by the general terms and conditions except for provisions exclusively for consumers; individually agreed terms (price list, payment terms, minimum order) take precedence.
• The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to business purchases, nor does out-of-court consumer dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
• Rights from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code to the extent applicable to businesses; please check the goods upon receipt and report any obvious defects without undue delay.
• Prices are governed by the wholesale price list assigned to your account; unless otherwise agreed, the terms stated on the e-shop apply.
