Combined organic Bach flower essences
They are blended from the base essences in strict accordance with Dr Edward Bach's formula.
They are an ideal solution for the whole family when a problem arises and you wish to address it gently and with care. The essences help restore and maintain the balance of emotional and physical energies associated with harmony of body, mind and spirit. Combined essences bring together individual single-flower essences, offering the comprehensive effect of their combination. The individual essences are obtained from wild plants gathered in full bloom on sunny days. They are made from natural essences and 40% cognac according to Dr Bach's philosophy.

Dosage: Organic Bach SLEEP essence
Take 4 drops 4 times daily in a glass of your favourite drink. You can prepare a full-day course in a litre bottle and sip it throughout the day. One pack is sufficient for one course. The dosage can initially be increased and then gradually reduced as needed. The effect and speed of onset vary individually. The essences cannot be overdosed. The duration of use depends on whether you need to overcome a short-term or chronic condition. It is also advisable to maintain a balanced lifestyle while using the product.
