It has been revered as a super plant since pre-colonial times due to its high antioxidant count and has also been shown to normalise blood sugar levels and support digestion and gut health due to its large amounts of soluble and insoluble fibre.

How many cups can I enjoy daily?
We recommend starting with one cup a day. The mushroom dose in each serving has been specially designed to be effective in one cup, but it can be increased to multiple cups a day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Is this a small or large dose of mushrooms?
