Lucuma is a native South American fruit known as the 'gold of the Incas'. It has been revered as a super plant since pre-colonial times due to its high antioxidant count and has also been shown to normalise blood sugar levels and support digestion and gut health due to its large amount of soluble and insoluble fibre.

How many cups can I enjoy daily?
We recommend starting with one cup a day. The mushroom dose in each serving has been specifically designed to be effective in one cup but can be increased to more cups daily. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Is this a small or large dose of mushrooms?
