Goat Colostrum Powder

The colostrum comes from free-grazing goats on a Czech farm and is gently processed by freeze-drying (drying by freezing) to preserve its maximum biological value. Thanks to its naturally low lactose content and the use of plant-based capsules, it is also suitable for people who have difficulty tolerating dairy products.

How should goat colostrum be taken?

🔹 Adults: 1.5 g daily (equivalent to a small teaspoon).
🔹 Children: 0.5–1 g daily according to age.

It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach, when colostrum is absorbed most effectively. You can place it directly in your mouth or stir it into a small amount of lukewarm water.

👉 To preserve maximum efficacy, we recommend not mixing colostrum into a larger quantity of food, as this would slow its digestion and expose it to the acidic environment of the stomach.

⚠️ Never expose it to temperatures above 64 °C either, as this reduces its biological value.
