The product is based on over 15 years of experience in human nutrition, dietary supplements, and sports. The GOAT was designed as a high-value and more suitable alternative to conventional cow's milk protein products that contain sweeteners and additives. The premium native protein is obtained by filtration directly from fresh goat's milk of a special breed, ensuring the absence of the typical goat taste and aroma of goat dairy products. This method preserves the untouched ratio of goat-exclusive A2 type casein and goat whey protein exactly as it is naturally present in fresh milk. The production is carried out without denaturation, without artificial additives, providing the purest and most easily digestible nutrition.

Goat milk is a food tested by centuries, its composition close to human breast milk, which contributes to its easier digestibility. Due to this property, it is often suitable even for people sensitive to common dairy products containing A1 casein or larger fat globules. The GOAT contains no sweeteners, emulsifiers, colorings, flavors, or fillers, is GMO-free, 100% natural, and naturally rich in alkaline minerals and complete proteins.

The flavoured variants of this protein intentionally have a lower protein content, due to the addition of up to 30% natural raw materials from fruits and other flavours. This approach makes the product completely natural, without fillers, aromas, or artificial flavourings. This unique approach also reduces the so-called PRAL value (Potential Renal Acid Load), making the product gentle on the digestive tract and kidneys, and additionally supports a neutral or alkaline effect in the body.

The product contains milk fat and lactose, making it unsuitable for people with lactose intolerance. However, a healthy microbiome can process lactose throughout life and use it as a valuable prebiotic source.

This protein contains no unnecessary additives, emulsifiers, or soy lecithin. It is produced in a gentle manner, preserving bioactive substances, vitamins (including D3 and K2), minerals, and unique prebiotics 2FL – substances naturally present in breast milk. The product was designed with optimal nutritional values and added vitamins D3 and K2 in mind, which should be an essential part of all dairy and protein products. Unfortunately, this is often not the case, even though these vitamins play a key role in the proper utilisation of calcium in the body. Dairy and whey proteins are naturally rich in calcium, but without the presence of vitamins D3 and K2, the body cannot effectively process this mineral. This issue is even more serious with skimmed products or those not derived from pasture-raised animals, which naturally do not contain vitamin K2.

The increased calcium content in the product slightly affects zinc absorption, but thanks to a precisely designed formula, this effect is minimised. The significance of 2’-FL for the gut microbiome
Nourishing bifidobacteria is crucial for the balance of intestinal flora, which influences many aspects of human physiology.
