I personally designed this product as a natural and healthier alternative to traditional cow's milk-based protein products, which often contain artificial sweeteners and unnecessary additives. The flavoured variants of this protein intentionally have a lower protein content due to the addition of up to 30% natural ingredients from fruits and other flavours. This approach makes the product completely natural, without fillers, aromas, or artificial flavourings. This unique approach also reduces the so-called PRAL value (Potential Renal Acid Load), making the product gentle on the digestive tract and kidneys, and additionally supports a neutral or alkaline effect in the body.

The product contains milk fat and lactose, making it unsuitable for people with lactose intolerance. However, a healthy microbiome can process lactose throughout life and use it as a valuable prebiotic source.

The product was designed with optimal nutritional values and added vitamins D3 and K2 in mind, which should be an essential part of all dairy and protein products. Unfortunately, this is often not the case, although these vitamins play a key role in the proper utilisation of calcium in the body. Dairy and whey proteins are naturally rich in calcium, but without the presence of vitamins D3 and K2, the body cannot effectively process this mineral. This problem is even more serious in products that are skimmed or not derived from pasture-raised animals, which naturally do not contain vitamin K2.

The multiple price of genuine premium Criollo cacao powder compared to commonly used cacao in protein products did not deter me, as a lover of artisanal chocolates and Criollo beans, from personally ensuring, selecting, and using the tastiest and most aromatic Criollo powder on the market.
