Dosage and use
Give children from 6 months to 1 year 4 drops daily, or 400 IU. For children from 1 to 3 years, give 4–6 drops daily, or 400–600 IU. For children from 3 to 8 years, give up to 8 drops daily, or 400–800 IU. Take with food and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Purity and format
The vitamin D3 comes from lichen and is dissolved in organic coconut MCT oil. The manufacturer states that the formula is free from GMO, gluten, gelatine and carrageenan and is tested by independent accredited laboratories to ISO 17025.
