Dosage and use

Give children from 3 to 12 years 14 drops daily. Children over 12 years may take 14–28 drops daily. Take with food at any time of day; the oil may be mixed into porridge or yoghurt, but not a drink, where it may cling to the sides of the glass. The dose may be adjusted individually on the advice of a doctor or nutrition professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Claims for DHA require 250 mg DHA per day and claims for EPA and DHA require 250 mg per day; 14 drops contain 136 mg DHA and 204 mg EPA + DHA, so they do not meet those conditions.
