The base is single-origin matcha from Shizuoka, Japan, combining spring and summer harvests. Fresh and dried jasmine flowers are repeatedly layered directly with the tea to scent the tea component. The fragrance is thus created by a traditional process, not by adding artificial or so-called natural flavourings. The floral notes keep the focus on the matcha itself.
