Detail

Preparation:

To prepare a Genmaicha Latte, simply add approximately 2 grams of powder to a cup, pour in a small amount of hot but not boiling water at around 70–80 °C, and mix well – ideally with a whisk, milk frother, or small spoon – until the powder has fully dissolved. Then add about 200 ml of warm milk, either dairy or plant-based such as oat, almond, or coconut, and sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup. For a light foam, we recommend using a frother or milk maker.

For an iced version:

For an iced version, follow the same method: first mix the powder with a little warm water, then add cold milk and several ice cubes. Stir gently or shake in a cocktail shaker. The result is a delicious, gently roasted tea drink with a refreshing popcorn flavour and natural energy – without excess caffeine.
