Naticol® is a top-notch, patented form of hydrolysed fish collagen sourced from sustainable marine fish and backed by its own studies. Thanks to enzymatic hydrolysis, it has a low molecular weight (max. 4000 Da), resulting in small bioactive collagen peptides that are used more efficiently by the body. Collagen is a fundamental structural protein, making up to 30% of all proteins in the human body. It is primarily composed of three amino acids – glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline – which give it strength, elasticity, and resilience.
