Choose LOTA menstrual tampons according to the intensity of bleeding and your body's sensitivity.

The MINI size is intended for the first and last days of menstruation when bleeding is usually light. Young girls can also try them.
The NORMAL size is suitable for most days of the period.
The MAXI size is suitable when menstruation is heavy, sometimes even painful.
