We selected and assembled the package according to our ideas and needs. That is, according to how long your period lasts and how heavy it is and which tampon sizes you will need.
This is very important, as using inappropriate tampon sizes (especially too large tampons on lighter days) can irritate the sensitive mucous membranes and cause unwanted reactions. And none of us want that.
