This depends on the length and thickness of your hair; you can use as much as needed to massage the scalp and cover the hair sufficiently along its length.

Ideally 2-3 times a week if your hair is very dry, damaged, and brittle, and for ongoing maintenance, once or twice a week is sufficient.

1. OVERNIGHT - Massage the oil into the scalp and leave it on overnight, wash it out the next morning, use as much as needed.

2. 30-MINUTE DEEP TREATMENT - Massage the oil into the scalp and wrap your head in a steaming towel for half an hour. Wash the oil out of the hair. For extra deep treatment, leave it on for at least 2 hours. The longer it stays in the hair, the more conditioning the treatment will be.
