Eco by Sonya is an Australian brand of certified organic self-tanning and body care. It was founded by Sonya Driver on the Gold Coast — development started in her kitchen, she bought her lab equipment second-hand and taught herself chemistry.
The brand states that this is Australia's first certified organic tanning range, certified by Organic Food Chain Australia. According to the maker, the formulations contain nothing synthetic, no GMOs, no animal derivatives, no herbicides and no pesticides. The tanning, skincare and body care range is, according to the brand, vegan, and it is made in Currumbin and packed in Burleigh in Queensland, Australia.
